Call Your Help Desk was founded in 2007.  The core mission of your help desk is to both make computer use more intuitive for the average user, and to support the growing business community of south east Michigan.  Jeff Morris, a Microsoft Certified Professional with over twenty years' experience, takes over the responsibilities of a dedicated IT department to leave the user free to pursue their core competencies and their lives.  He has helped many users of different ages and abilities to feel more comfortable about using computers for everyday tasks.
